Price-cheap.

It was close to amenities. The hotel staff were very pleasant and accommodative, especially Ms Kavitha.
There was no hot water facility in the room to make coffee or tea. There was no porter service to carry our bags, actually we stayed at the 3rd floor. In fact walking up the stairs with the bags was difficult. It would have been better if there was either lift or porter service.
